Is there really no per-user fee?

Really. Plans are flat-priced by team size — Starter (free, up to 5 users), Pro ($99/mo, up to 25 users), Business ($249/mo, unlimited). Guest requesters never count against your limit at all.

Which features do I lose on the cheaper plans?

None. Every feature — custom reports, audit trails, version history, PM schedules, the guest portal, multi-location — is on every plan, including the free one. Plans differ only by team size, locations, and storage.

How long does the move take?
