These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ToolBelt website and application (the "Service") provided by ToolBelt, LLC ("ToolBelt", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you agree on its behalf and represent that you have authority to do so.
ToolBelt provides work order, asset, document, and scheduling tools for operations teams. We may add, change, or remove features over time. We may also suspend or discontinue parts of the Service, and will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

You retain all rights to the data and content you submit to the Service ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to provide and improve the Service. You are responsible for Your Content and for having the rights necessary to submit it.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are described on our pricing page. You authorize us to charge your payment method for applicable fees. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Your Content is yours. You may export your data at any time, including before, during, or after cancellation. We will not withhold your data or require a call to let you leave.
You may stop using the Service and cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to us or others. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, and we may delete Your Content after a reasonable period.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ToolBelt will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version here and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of KY/US, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
